Build your outbound function. Or let us run it.
Scale Pod is our flagship offer and what most companies buy: $14,500 per month for the operating system and the team that runs it, on a 90-day initial engagement. If outbound is still unproven on your ICP, the ICP Validation Sprint is a fixed $22,500 for 90 days that ends in a scale, revise, or stop decision. The ABM Expansion is what pod customers add after the first 90 days, and Foundation is the one-time build your own team operates: $9,500 standalone, or $4,500 when it runs as week 1 of a managed engagement. Not sure outbound works on your market yet? Start with the $3,500 GTM Diagnostic, which credits toward whatever you buy next.

Forecasts only, not guarantees. The Scale Pod model assumes 25 to 40 accepted meetings per month at full volume: Foundation is delivered in seven days, first accepted meetings typically land in weeks 3 to 6, and target volume is reached during months two and three. We guarantee the operating work instead - infrastructure live by an agreed date, a defined research volume, a one-business-day reply SLA, weekly documented experiments, agreed accepted-meeting criteria, and replacement of meetings that miss them.
This is a planning model, not a forecast of your results. It multiplies a ramped monthly meeting range by your own conversion rates, then compares the output to the price of the offer. Every input is yours to change.
- Accepted meetings
- A meeting that meets the accepted-meeting criteria agreed with you before launch: right account, right role, real intent, and held. The Scale Pod model assumes 25 to 40 per month at full volume.
- Ramp
- Foundation is delivered in seven days, then output builds as domains warm and messaging iterates: 25 percent of full volume in month 1, 70 percent in month 2, 95 percent in month 3, full volume after that.
- Average contract value
- First-year contract value of a closed-won deal, before expansion or renewal.
- Meeting to opportunity rate
- Share of accepted meetings your team converts into a qualified opportunity in the CRM. Your own historical rate is the best input here.
- Opportunity to closed-won rate
- Your win rate on qualified opportunities. Outbound-sourced deals often close a little below inbound, so trim it if you are unsure.
- Sales cycle
- Days from first meeting to closed-won, applied as a 2-month revenue lag. It does not change how much closes, only when the cash lands and when breakeven appears.
- Engagement length
- 12 months of managed execution after the Foundation build.
What the price includes
- GTM engineer, SDR capacity, and reply handling for the selected offer
- The one-time Foundation build, charged in month 1
- Data, sending infrastructure, deliverability, and CRM integration
- Weekly experiments and weekly pipeline review
What the model excludes
- Your own AE time to run the meetings and work the pipeline
- Paid media budget, billed to you directly by the platforms
- Seat costs for CRM or sales tools you already own
- Expansion, renewal, and referral revenue from closed deals
- Any assumption that a meeting held is a meeting won
One-time build vs. monthly retainer, side by side.
The $4,500 Foundation build is a single one-time charge in week 1. Everything after that is the monthly retainer for the pod you choose.

ABM Expansion is not a tier you buy on day one. Existing pod customers add it once the initial 90-day motion proves message-market fit: the $14,500 base pod, plus a $10,000 per month ABM strategy and creative layer, plus paid media budget paid directly by you to the platforms at cost. See the eligibility criteria.
Foundation is $9,500 as a standalone implementation, or $4,500 when it runs as week 1 of a managed engagement. It is the only setup fee and it is charged once. The $3,500 Diagnostic credits toward Foundation or a managed engagement started within 60 days. First meetings typically land in weeks 3 to 6.
We guarantee the operating work, not a meeting count.
Meeting volume depends on your ICP density, offer, and market timing, so promising a number is a promise nobody can keep honestly. What we can commit to in writing is the work that produces meetings, the speed we learn at, and the quality bar every meeting has to clear.
Infrastructure live by an agreed date
Sending domains, mailboxes, warmup, data enrichment, and CRM wiring are live by a date written into the engagement, not a vague first month.
A defined number of accounts researched
Each month we research and enrich an agreed account volume with verified buying-committee contacts. The number is stated per tier and reported against every week.
Reply-handling SLA
Every prospect reply is worked by a human within one business day, including objections, referrals, and out-of-office reroutes.
Weekly experiments
A minimum number of documented experiments run every week across list, offer, message, and channel, with results logged so you can see what we learned.
Transparent accepted-meeting criteria
We agree the definition of an accepted meeting before launch and publish it in the weekly report. No moving goalposts on either side.
Replacement for meetings that miss the bar
Any meeting that fails the mutually agreed qualification rules is replaced at no additional cost.
What counts as an accepted meeting
- The contact matches an agreed title, function, and seniority in the target ICP
- The account matches agreed firmographic and technographic fit rules
- The prospect stated a relevant problem, initiative, or evaluation timeline
- A real calendar hold exists with your AE, with context notes attached
- No existing open opportunity or active inbound conversation for that account
We report accepted meetings rather than bookings. Anything that fails these rules is replaced at no cost.
Scale Pod operating terms
- Infrastructure: Infrastructure live by the end of week 1
- Research volume: 1,500 to 2,500 new accounts researched and enriched per month
- Learning velocity: At least 3 documented experiments per week
- Reply handling: every reply worked within one business day
What we do not guarantee
- A guaranteed monthly meeting count
- Guaranteed closed revenue, which depends on your AEs, product, and pricing
Published meeting ranges are forecasts based on observed conversion, not commitments.
